Rewards program is applicable: (i) on light and straight trucks; (ii) to customers with accounts in good standing; (iii) at participating Ryder commercial rental locations across Canada; (iv) towards paid rental days. Does not apply to: (i) reefers or flatbeds, (ii) sub contracts. Ryder reserves the right to make substitutions of equal value and amend or terminate the program at any time without notice.
To redeem points, point cards must: (i) be signed at location of rental; (ii) accompany redemption form and sent to Ryder Rental Rewards. Allow 4 - 8 weeks for delivery of merchandise. Point value in red circle indicates the point value for one item in each grouping. (i.e Flashlight = 5 points)
